Step 10: parking your worries

Dilation is a process and will have its ups and downs.  Many of us have had worries and questions about it.

The best thing to do is write down what you are feeling and take it with you to the doctors, psychologist, or therapist—or even to support groups with young people who have gone through the process before. It’s important to share this and discuss what is coming up with people who can support you. Go back to your support map. You don’t have to do it alone.
